Resepi asal :Myr Joayee
Sumber: CHE CT DELIMA
Bahan-bahan:- (utk hidangan 6 org)
1 cawan gula
1 cawan jus pandan(atau air+ pandan essence)
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 1/4 cawan santan (atau 1can santan-450 ml)
2 sudu kecil butter
3 biji telur
1/2 s/t garam
Sedikit pewarna hijau
Bijan jika suka

Cara-cara:-
Campurkan semua bhn & blender sampai sebati.
Masukkan butter/minyak kedalam loyang
Panaskan loyang dlm oven.Tuang adunan kuih tadi
Tabur bijan.
Bakar 180'C sampai garing/brown selama 50 minit/garing
Lebihkan masa membakar utk mendapatkan keras bhg atasnya.
