KUIH SERIMUKA



Assalamualaikum!
Dulu2 mama dah pernah buat kuih ni..tp ada je yg tak kena..bahagian atasnya terlembik lah,terkeraslah..Bila jalan2 kat umah kawan2 terjumpa pulak resepi kuih serimuka yg ni..mengikut citarasa mama.Terimakasih pada KAKCHU@Resepi Ibu kerana sudi berkongsi resepi yg sedap ni.

Bahan2-
Lapisan bawah

2 cawan beras pulut
1 1/2 cawan santan cair
1 s/t garam
(santan ikut paras pulut (lebihkan sikit) kemudian kukus 25 minit)

Lapisan Atas

1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
2 s/b tepung kastard
2 s/b tepung beras
1 cawan gula
1 cawan air pandan
2 cawan santan
Cara2-
Sebatikan semua bahan lapisan atas(mama blender je)

Ikut suka masing nak buat dalam loyang atau acuan kecil,sapu sedikit minyak pada loyang /acuan kecil
Tekan pulut kedalam loyang/acuan sehingga padat dan rata.
Tuangkan adunan tepung
Kukus selama 15 minit atau hingga masak (lebihkan masa mengukus jika menggunakan loyang)
Sejukkan
