PUDING ROTI PELANGI



BAHAN2:

(A)
1 peket agar-agar (37.5 gram)
11/2 cawan gula pasir
6 cawan air

(B)
2 biji telur
1 tin susu cair/2 cawan santan.
3 s/b susu pekat manis
3 keping roti
2 sudu besar sunquick oren
1 s/t vanilla
Pewarna pink,hijau & kuning

Mama tak guna susu cair(stok habis) mama guna
santan kotak (2 Cawan)

CARA2:-

-Masak bahan (A) hingga mendidih.
-Masak agar2 hingga mendidih,kemudian masukkan gula.
-Kisar bahan (B) kecuali pewarna.
-Tuang kedalam agar2 yg mendidih tadi.kacau sebati
-Angkat dan bahagi kpd 3 bahagian.
-Warnakan (warna pilihan)mama guna pink,hijau & kuning.
-Tuang berselang kedalam loyang.
-Sejukkan barulah dipotong.

 Bahagi kpd 3 warna..pink kuning & hijau
 Siap dituang kedalam loyang.
(PUDING ROTI INI MAMA BELAJAR DARI KELAS KEMAS)

Setelah disejukkan & dipotong..mama nk bawa pergi kenduri.

    memang sedap puding pelangi ni mama. ct ada buat masa buat kenduri arwah bapak ct kat kampung. rata2 yang makan kata sedap, siap mintak resipi lagi masa tu. alhamdulillah.. tr kasih lah pada penyumbang resipi ni ya mama.

    lembuttt jer kaler puding ni sejuk mata dan tekak yang nak makan... hihihi
